The canoe walks have been suspended due to coronavirus.  Hopefully they will commence in Autumn. With the first show now being at 2021 Visual Arts Centre in January 2021 touring to Brewhouse, Burton in the spring.

are taking place on Saturday 22nd October,  Monday 24th, Tuesday 25th and Thursday 27th  October. I will be in the City Centre around the Cathedral quarter and the Collection area from 10am onwards.

Live action 'The quantitative data comparison site'

a collaboration with Julian Woodcock will take place Parkers Piece in Cambridge Saturday 15th October 2016 at 3pm. Duration 90 minutes. Part of the Showtime symposium Art;Language;Location.



The Nottingham conversation Piece walks:

are taking place on 22, 29 June and  July 1st Hyson Green, between 'The Forest' and Mary Potter Centre. Gregory Boulevard. From 9.30am. Targeted visits have also taken place in association with 'Wheeee' Nottingham's international Childrens festival and the saturday Art Club.



BBC Radio Northamptonshire and BBC  Radio Nottingham have

broadcast  live interviews where I talk about Conversation Piece.



Art Athina, platform projects, Athens:

After showing in London at Lubomirov/Angus-Hughes Gallery, my micro work 'A long way even for Richard' has travelled with them to Art Athina, (platform projects) Athens. As part of the exhibition 'Sixty'. Runs till 29 May.



The first 4 conversation Piece walks will be taking place in Corby on Sat 14th, Mon 16th, Wed 18th and Sun 22nd May 2016. To find more about the project click here or check  facebook for updates on localities.

Conversation Piece wil involve wearing text suits in Lincoln, Nottingham and Corby to meet people, collect dialogue and develop this into place inspired suits as arI. Also resulting in a free tabloid newspaper and sound collaboration with Julian woodcock. It will result in two exhibitions for 2017.
